V-ROBOTICS PASSENGER INFORMATION SYSTEMS PVT LTD is a start-up company incubated in IIMK LIVE (Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode) having registered office and factory in Palakkad, India. It incorporated in 2017 with a passion to work with AI passenger information infrastructure for cities to promote public transport systems through its modernisation and digital transformation with an aim to reduce city traffic, carbon emission,accidents and fossil fuel consumption.

    Transportation is the largest source of carbon emissions and the personal automobile is the single greatest polluter. One day breathing in Delhi is equivalent to smoking fifty cigarettes!. Odd-even like rules to solve the problem by promoting public transportation through the elimination of cars was largely unsuccessful and was counterproductive to economic growth. Improved public transport infrastructure instead of enforcing people by law is the right solution to this problem.

    The public transport system is incomplete without adequate passenger information infrastructure. Buses are the most common modes of public transport, but with zero passenger information infrastructures even in this digital era in many countries.

    We innovate and manufacture ICT, IoT, AI passenger information solutions for the public transport industry, helping passengers to move by making real time bus, train, taxi and other information available at bus stations, bus stops, buses and passenger mobile apps.

    We aim to promote public transportation through its digital transformation. Improved ICT passenger information infrastructure can attract more passengers to public transportation, encourage the use of it and can eliminate a lot of car and bike trips from the road. Indirectly helps reduce city traffic, carbon emission, fossil fuel consumption, accidents etc for a better green planet.
